In my own health journey over the years, I have come to appreciate the value of carving a time for self-care sprinkled with gifts from mother earth. The more we can learn what is both good for the earth and our bodies, we become better at being a stewards of our own life and the planet

I would love to teach you more on about mindful living, somatic expressions of the body, natural solutions and an embodied yoga practice. 

My passion in sharing my health journey are born out of years of trying to integrate body and mind together for optimal health.

My own struggles with body dysmorphia led me to journey where I learned a healthy relationship with food.  
It is centred in cultivating nourishing self-love and stop the cycle of shame.
I learned ways to fuel my body with prana filled food.  

I'm here to share with you what I continue to practice today.  
There are difficult days especially when one is going through a rough life moment.

Pure Essential Oils

If you have ever enjoyed the scent of a rose, you’ve experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. These natural aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.

Combine that with a physical, mental and emotional practice and you have an stellar match made in heaven.  

I incorporate essential oils in my daily life yoga practice - pranayama (mindful breathing), dhyana (meditation), asana (physical postures) .

The aromatic scents and supportive physical properties of the oils are also used as anchors for ease as one cultivates new healthyroutines.   

I have also used them for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness stacked with accupressure oil application. It supports moving and releasing stagnant energy within the body.
